We give you a choice: keep the total down with free shipping, or pay for a faster service when timing matters. Eligible orders over $40 qualify for free standard shipping, including furniture. Available services depend on the item and destination, and we'll email tracking details after dispatch.
Orders usually take 1–3 business days to process. Estimated delivery is 5–13 business days for BDSM kits, 8–14 business days for furniture with express shipping, or 15–23 business days for furniture with free shipping.
