Frequently asked questions
BDSM shouldn't feel like an afterthought in a sex toy store. And finding a collar, a new accessory and a full-size restraint frame shouldn't mean shopping at three different places.
We created Kstique because we wanted a store built around BDSM from the start: carefully chosen products, regular new additions and a range that reaches from small tools to large equipment. By working closely with our suppliers, we're building that range around quality and fair prices. One place for the small discoveries and the bigger plans.
Sometimes you need one pair of cuffs. Sometimes you're ready for a full-size restraint chair or a St. Andrew's Cross—and finding those takes more searching than finding another accessory.
Kstique brings both into the same store. Large BDSM equipment is a core part of our range, and we work closely with suppliers to keep prices competitive. Buy the small piece you're missing or the furniture you've been planning, without paying for a kit you don't need.
You shouldn't need a workshop to assemble a restraint chair—or find that shipping costs as much as the furniture. Most of our pieces go together with just a screwdriver. Wall-mounted and ceiling-mounted designs need additional checks and appropriate fixings.
Our own team tests products for safety and durability. We take that responsibility seriously: follow the instructions and stated limits for your model, and ask us if anything is unclear.
We also offer free shipping on eligible furniture orders. Our supplier relationships and choice of delivery services help keep the total cost competitive. Happy to wait? Choose free shipping. Need it sooner? Paid express options are available for eligible destinations.
Orders over $40 qualify for free shipping, including most large furniture products.
Estimated delivery times:
BDSM furniture: Free Shipping: 15–23 business days, Express Shipping: 8–14 business days Smaller accessories: Around 5–13 business days
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the product and destination. We will provide tracking information after your order is shipped.
We give you a choice: keep the total down with free shipping, or pay for a faster service when timing matters. Eligible orders over $40 qualify for free standard shipping, including furniture. Available services depend on the item and destination, and we'll email tracking details after dispatch.
Orders usually take 1–3 business days to process. Estimated delivery is 5–13 business days for BDSM kits, 8–14 business days for furniture with express shipping, or 15–23 business days for furniture with free shipping.
You shouldn't have to guess whether a product is right for you. If you're unsure about sizing, materials, included parts or setup, email info@kstique.com with the product name and your questions. We'd rather clear things up before you spend your money.
Already ordered? Send your order number and tell us what's happened. Photos help with damaged items or parts that don't seem right. We usually reply within 24–48 hours on business days.
